The walkable cable trough is not only lightweight and resistant to weather, corrosion, and frost, but it also significantly reduces installation time and improves safety during installation. Thanks to these properties, this cable trough is an ideal choice for infrastructure projects in Europe. Obtaining an EPD is an increasingly important factor in public procurement and tenders — designers and investors are increasingly requiring proof of the environmental footprint of products. Our trough therefore meets even the most demanding market requirements, facilitating its use in European projects and supporting the transition towards a sustainable future, which is part of the European Green Deal initiative.

In addition, obtaining this environmental certificate supports global sustainability goals, to which our partner — the Furukawa Electric Group — has committed itself in its Vision 2030. This strategy reflects the principles of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and emphasizes reducing carbon footprint, promoting recycling, and developing solutions for modern infrastructure that integrates information technology, energy, and mobility.

Obtaining the EPD for our supplied system is therefore another step towards ensuring that our solutions contribute to environmental protection and the construction of a modern, sustainable Europe.
