What is RMS?

RMS is an advanced automated solution that uses OTDR (optical time-domain reflectometer) for comprehensive testing and monitoring of optical network quality. This system ensures that the data from the management system is aligned with real-time conditions, which is essential for effective monitoring and maintenance.

RMS integrates data from the operator's network system (optional) and imports it into its own database. A patch robot, connected to the distribution frame, scans individual ports. OTDR measurements are carried out in two positions simultaneously, and the results are compared with theoretical reference values. All results are immediately available and stored in the CORS cloud platform, making them easily accessible anytime and anywhere.
