The PIPELIFE CPQ underground cable duct system represents a top-tier solution for underground cable routing, designed to meet the highest technical and operational demands of modern infrastructure.

It is made of unplasticized PVC-U, offering exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to soil and environmental influences. Every detail is engineered for long-term reliability – from the smooth inner surface that allows easy cable pulling, to the precisely formed socket with an elastomer seal ensuring watertightness and gastightness up to 0.5 bar. The robust structure with a ring stiffness ranging from SN4+ to SN12 reliably withstands soil load, traffic vibration, and dynamic ground movement. When properly designed, the system allows manhole spacing up to 85 metres, reducing installation costs and time. The entire system is modular and can be adapted to any project – from municipal networks to extensive railway or motorway corridors.

The product range covers two-way up to multi-way configurations, including special flame-retardant, low-smoke, and halogen-free versions complying with EN 61 386-1 b.13.1.3.2, EN 50 267-2-1, and EN 50 267-2-2 standards. Manufactured in the EU under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, the system is backed by product liability insurance up to 2,000,000 EUR.
