Conduit sealing systems have been developed to provide effective gas-tight and water-tight sealing of cable entries. Protect your valuables from damage when you install our MD4 conduit sealing system.

MD type cable duct seals are based on a specially formulated two-component expanding polyurethane resin. The polyurethane sealant is packed in a transparent plastic bag with a screw ring. In this plastic bag, the two components are separated by a clamping profile. After removing the clamping profile, the two components are simply mixed.Just wait 30 seconds and the sealant is ready to use and can be easily opened with a screw nipple.

After the resin is applied to the pipe, the resin begins to expand creating CO². During expansion, the polyurethane filler material penetrates all areas inside the pipe, sealing all openings regardless of the shape of the pipe or borehole. Then the curing process begins. Two-component filler not only provides a 100% gas-tight and water-tight seal, but also offers excellent mechanical strength.
